What do we do if our requirement calls for different spacing or colors than I see in the Textol catalog?

Textol Systems can alter spacing on our ring and snap tapes to fit
nearly any requirement. Textol can supply many of our products
specifically snap and twill tapes in a wide variety of colors.

Can we get samples of Textol’s products, and what is Textol’s policy on returns?

Samples of all of Textol’s product line are always available.
With the exception of custom made items, Textol products can be returned
after authorization is given by a Textol representative.
On Textol trims, only full bolts (no cut pieces) can be returned.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

My company does not have an account with Textol, but we need our order right away. What can we do?

Textol accepts all major credit cards. Net 30 terms are available
for approved accounts upon for orders in excess of $250.00. Textol

Does Textol have a minimum order? When and how will our order ship once it is placed?

Textol asks that all orders exceed $35.00. Orders placed before 3:00 pm EST
are almost always shipped that day. All orders are shipped FOB: Carlstadt,
New Jersey 07072. Shipments will be sent UPS ground unless alternative service
is requested. Textol can ship collect with nearly any resource.
