What is required to cover buttons?

1. A Button Covering and Cutting Machine
2. Steel Cutters and Covering Dies. A separate set of dies is required to make each size button toget a perfect finished product. Always use the correct top die for your material.
3. Buttons Molds A complete mold necessary to make a button consists of a shell and a back. The shell is covered and crimped around the back by the die. Always use the correct shell for your material.

Button Dies

All dies are precision machined, nickle-plated and made of high quality steel. Cutters are heat treated and have sharp edges engineered for accurate cutting and long life.
Type And Size: The Button Machine No. 1 uses 2 piece dies.
Material Thickness: Always buy a set of dies made exactly for your materal thickeness. If you have a variety of material thickness, you will need more than one set of dies. Trying to cover very thin and very thick material with the same set of dies will result in poor quality buttons.
